Can I really use IM-Pro from anywhere in the world?

Yes, as long as you've got Internet access and have with you, your Business Id and Password to login to the service.

Who is responsible for backing up my Mail Lists and Email Marketing Letters?

You are ultimately responsible for backing up your Mail Lists and Email Marketing Letters, although as a fully hosted service we also back them up once a day.

If I were to "lose" my Mail Lists or Email Marketing Letters can you help me retrieve them?

Yes we can assist you from our back ups. However, any information you have entered since the last applicable backup will need to be re entered by you.

Is IM-Pro really easy to use?

Yes. As long as you can make your way around the keyboard you are operational.

If you have any experience with word processing packages you will find IM-Pro to be very intuitive to use.

Is email marketing unsolicited mail?

Done correctly email marketing is in fact "opt in" or permission marketing and therefore not unsolicited or spam email.

Simply follow the guidelines provided and of course if the recipient of one of your emails wants to be taken off your Mail List then he or she can initiate that directly from the email
