The
main additions in this release are:
Individual User
Id's
All Users of IM-Pro must now login using their
company's Business Id, their own User Id and their own
Password.
A company IM-Pro Administrator can assign to each
User rights to use each of the separate IM-Pro functions, or to deny
access.
This will increase security over the company's
email information plus provide departments with more
confidenitality.
See the IM-Pro Administrator within your
company to get your User Id and Password.
Improved Navigation
When
dealing with long Mail Lists, View / Edit lists, Letter Lists
etc, one had to select the entry to be worked on and then scroll to
the top of the page to select the Function.
Now, when
selecting entries, all you need to do is to double click on the
select button (radio button or check box) and a small pop up
will appear showing the functions that can be selected (E.G. View /
Edit, Editor etc) and by clicking on the function name, the function
will exceute.
