Hello
?NAME?,
Images, (photos.drawings, graphs
etc) play an important part in making your IM-Pro created pages more
attractive... and nore effective.
To ensure that
each recipient ALWAYS sees your images in your email letters it is
critical that they are kept within the Folder that also
holds your email letter
.
So from now on, you can only
insert an image from the IM-Pro Letter Folder in which you are
currently working.
This means that if you have an image that
you want to appear in other IM-Pro Email Letters, such as your logo,
you will have to ensure that the image is loaded into each such
Folder.
Now, rather than having to "Import"
the image each time, which can be relatively quick or slow depending
on your line speed, you can now Import them once only into
a new Folder called "My
Images".
Then when you are working on an
IM-Pro Letter and want to insert images, you can copy multiple
images from "My Images" to your current
IM-Pro Letter Folder, quickly and easily. Does It Work?
When you want to insert an image into an IM-Pro Letter, click on the Insert Image
button and the Pop Up window appears.
If the image you want to insert is not in your current IM-Pro
Letter Folder, but is already in your "My
Images" Folder, then click on the "Copy From
My Images" button and a second Pop Up window will appear,
showing a list of the images already in "My Images".

Select the images you want to copy to your current
Folder by ticking the check box to the right of each.
Then
click "Copy To" and the selected images will be copied from
"My Images" to your current IM-Pro Letter
Folder.
When the copy is complete a message will tell you
so.
Then click "OK" on the small Pop Up and
then "Cancel" on the second Pop Up window and
the original Pop Up window will reappear.
To view the newly
copied imagfes in your current Folder, click on the
"Refresh" button in the top right
corner.
When the images appear select the image you want to
insert and as before, click on the "Insert"
button.
?NAME?, here
are a few considerations when using "My
Images".
When To Put An Image Into My
Images
If an image is likely to be
used in a number of IM-Pro Letters, then Import it into "My Images". e.g.
a company logo
If an image is to be used only in one IM-Pro
Letter then Import it into that Letter's Folder
only.
How To
Import An Image Into A
Folder
To Import an
image into either "My Images" or a particular IM-Pro Letter Folder,
select the Import function from the Letter Management main
page.
