Step 2: Email Letter
Pages
This is the power of
IM-Pro. Using just your knowledge of word processing
programs such as Microsoft Word or Lotus Notes, you can now create
professional, full color web page versions of your brochures,
catalogs, marketing letters and so forth, link them together to form
a "Virtual Marketing and Communication Website" and then send
them directly into people?s email.
Email Letters are created from IM-Pro supplied Templates or
Templates that you can create using your own colours, logos and so
forth.
The functions available include:

Displays all of your email Letter Pages and allows you
to perform the following functions |
Create
Templates |
You can create
many Email Letters, each one is a page
that can be emailed or can be part of a "Virtual Marketing
& Communication Website").
Create also allows you to
select the Template
upoon which you will base

Allows you to change the reference information and to
optionally create a copy of the Email Letter as a
Template. |
| Preview |
Will show you what the Email Letter will look like when
opened up in someone?s email. |

Deletes
old or unwanted "Letter" Folders, including all images

Is the tool that allows you to use simple word
processing like commands to create sophisticated web pages to
email, based on professional Templates for ease of

Is the function by which you can load images (photos,
graphs etc) and files (Excel. Powerpoint, Word etc) into your
Business Account for insertion into your Email
